Crime Mapping & Analysis Program

Technical Assistance

The Crime Mapping and Analysis Program (CMAP) provides technical assistance and training to state and local agencies in crime and intelligence analysis and geographic information systems.

Technical Assistance is offered on an available basis, working directly with the requesting agency to determine the level and extent of service needed. Based on time and materials, agencies will be required to offset the cost of on-site assessments, published materials, shipping, reproduction costs, per diem, and a portion of the honorarium, as identified. Agencies can request financial assistance or send their personnel to the Resource Lab to conduct research and RFIs, assess software and hardware, and use the Center's human and material resources on a first come first served basis.

For more information, contact NLECTC Rocky Mountain at 800-416-8086.
